Halloween Family Fun Day
Join us between 10am and 3pm for our Halloween Family Fun Day! There will be plaster pieces to paint, crafts to complete and fun family games!
No need to book, just turn up!

Mum and Baby Yoga
4 MONTHS to CRUISING
These classes ease you back into your body and continue the expansion of the bond with your baby through breath, mindfulness, movement, music and relaxation. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED
A typical session contains a range of gentle yoga for you and your baby. There is a structure to the class, but most of the time you follow your baby’s cues.
These classes are continuous and progressive with your baby's development.

These classes provide a safe, enjoyable and relaxed haven for you to explore the connection between you and your baby.
NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED
We make physical space in the body and emotional space in the heart for your baby whether it's your first or subsequent pregnancy.
These classes support you throughout your pregnancy, exploring BREATHING techniques, YOGA, MASSAGE, MOVEMENT and SOUND to help prepare and empower you for giving birth.
Every class ends with a deep RELAXATION allowing you to release tension and help quiet the mind. You and your baby are nourished and energy is replenished.
This event is for women only.
Instructions
Wear comfy clothes, bring a blanket and a cushion for relaxation.
You will also need a birthing/ gym ball. Argos 65cm ones are suitable and reasonably cheap.

Our Little Birds Baby and Toddler Singing group, run by Katie. With a mix of traditional and modern children’s songs, singalong books, and simple tunes and melodies that will be loved by the children and parents alike, there will be something for everyone.
This is a one off session and lasts 45minutes. Parents are welcome to stay after the session and use either The Snug or The Coffee & Craft rooms, with cakes and coffes available from the shop.

Wet Felting - Under the Sea/Beach Scene
Learn how to easily wet felt merino wool, curls and silk fibres into a colourful ocean picture. The piece will be about 10 inch square once finished and full of colours and textures. You can choose whether to use natural coloured wools to create a serene beach with waves crashing on the shore or go vibrant with fish, seaweed and under the sea! Please bring an old towel and apron with you everything else is included.
Parent and child may work on one piece together for the same price.

This booking is for 5 sessions - 11th June, 18th June, 25th June, 2nd July and 9th July with sessions lasting 45minutes. Parents are welcome to stay after the session and use either The Snug or The Waiting Room (rule of 6 will apply), with cakes and coffes available from the shop.
Due to current restrictions (6 adults are allowed to sing at baby and toddler groups) there are space for 5 families per session.
Drop In Crafts
Our Drop In Crafts section is filled with fabulous wooden and plaster items for little ones (and not so little ones!) to paint and decorate. Pieces are priced individually from £3 and we not have some lovely add ons for the parents for £2! Book your slot and come along, choose your pieces and have fun! If your total price is over £3 then you can pay the difference at the time.
Please book one slot per group and additional items can be paid for at the time. We can sit 4 people on the table downstairs and have more space upstairs. Groups need to be a maximum of 6 or two households.

Our Drop In Crafts section is filled with fabulous wooden and plaster items for little ones (and not so little ones!) to paint and decorate. Pieces are priced individually from £3 and we not have some lovely add ons for the parents for £2! Book your slot and come along, choose your pieces and have fun! If your total price is over £3 then you can pay the difference at the time.
Please book one slot per group and additional items can be paid for at the time. We can sit 4 people on the table downstairsm and are also adding spaces upstairs. Groups need to be a maximum of 6 or two households.

Baby and Toddler Group
Come and join our Baby and Toddler group. We have a different theme each week and activities may include crafts, messy play, toys, sensory, music and singing. This week our theme is International Astronomy Day.
Babies in arms who are younger siblings of a child attending the group do not need their own place booking.
Older siblings are welcome in the Saturday group and will need a place booking. We will aim to provide toys and activities for children up to age 7.
Price includes one adult. If a second adult would like to come, and you won’t be staying together throughout the group (eg if you have two children who will want to do separate activities) please book two places. This is to ensure that we stick to our covid risk assessments and maximum numbers.
