Our weekly art club on a Friday, for ages 7+

This half term we will using a variety of different art and craft techniques to create a range of art projects. We will be taking inspiration from different artists - famous and less known, local and from further afield.

Our seniors art club is aimed at ages 8 - 16. We complete different projects each week to give children a chance to try different techniques and mediums.

Our Juniors art & Craft club is aimed at ages 4 - 8. We complete different projects each week to give children a chance to try different techniques and mediums.

In this art club there will be something for everyone ages 5 - 16. We complete different projects each week to give children a chance to try different techniques and mediums.

During our Space Arts & Crafts Day we will be creating various pieces of art using a wide variety of methods and mediums, all with a Space theme. Choose from:

Seniors - Aimed at ages approx 7 -14. For children who want to learn different art techniques and create more complicated pieces of art. These sessions are each two hours long. They run in the morning and afternoon with an option to book the full day and stay for lunch.

Juniors - Aimed at ages 4 - 7. For young children who love to craft. They will get the chance to try out different methods including painting, drawing and sticking. These sessions are one hour long.

All materials will be provided. Children that are staying over lunch will need to bring a packed lunch with them and all children should bring water.

Create a beautiful fused glass workshop. Lisa will show you different techniques including bending the glass and you will design and create your own piece. This will be left with us for firing and available to collect a week later.

This workshop includes a drink and cake.

In this workshop you will be creating felted beads using a combination of needle felting and wet felting. You may then wish to book the workshop on Thursday 25th August to turn your felted beads in to a necklace or bracelet. Both workshops are bookable on their own for £20 or book both for £30.

During our Jungle Arts & Crafts Day we will be creating various pieces of art and craft work using a wide variety of methods and mediums, all with a jungle theme. Choose from:

Seniors - Aimed at ages approx 7 -14. For children who want to learn different art techniques and create more complicated pieces of art. These sessions are each two hours long. They run in the morning and afternoon with an option to book the full day and stay for lunch.

Juniors - Aimed at ages 4 - 7. For young children who love to craft. They will get the chance to try out different methods including painting, drawing and sticking. These sessions are one hour long.

All materials will be provided. Children that are staying over lunch will need to bring a packed lunch with them and all children should bring water.

In this session participants will be making a needle felted picture based on a photo. All equipment will be provided and it is suitable for complete beginners or those with a little experience. Bring along a photo that you would like to turn in to a felted picture.

The ticket price includes a hot drink and delicious cake!

Make yourself a macrame air plant holder and choose from a selection of plants which have been purchased from Stamford Botanics. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners to macrame. You will first learn some basic knots and then have a go at the hanger, with help on hand throughout!

Our Art Club is aimed at ages approx 8-16. In these sessions we work on a variety of techniques using different mediums to create our art work.

During our Under The Sea Arts & Crafts Day we will be creating various pieces of art using a wide variety of methods and mediums, all with an Underwater theme. Choose from:

Seniors - Aimed at ages approx 7 -14. For children who want to learn different art techniques and create more complicated pieces of art. These sessions are each two hours long. They run in the morning and afternoon with an option to book the full day and stay for lunch.

Juniors - Aimed at ages 4 - 7. For young children who love to craft. They will get the chance to try out different methods including painting, drawing and sticking. These sessions are one hour long.

All materials will be provided. Children that are staying over lunch will need to bring a packed lunch with them and all children should bring water.

During our Flower Garden Day we will be creating various pieces of art using a wide variety of methods and mediums, all with a garden and flower theme. Projects may include acrylic painting, flower art, paper and paint, creating tin can plant pots, and felting. Choose from:

Seniors - Aimed at ages approx 7 -14. For children who want to learn different art techniques and create more complicated pieces of art. These sessions are each two hours long. They run in the morning and afternoon with an option to book the full day and stay for lunch.

Juniors - Aimed at ages 4 - 7. For young children who love to craft. They will get the chance to try out different methods including painting, drawing and sticking. These sessions are one hour long.
